    目前公司可对各种钢材进行常规热处理。我公司可以承揽各种规格、型号、品种的黑色金属、有色金属热处理加工业务，包括：退火、正火、回火、淬火、调质、固溶、时效等。根据市场发展已开始论证筹备气体氮化、感应加热、表面淬火等第二期工程。同时公司与武钢（集团）机械制造公司长期合作，技术上、设备上相互依托，对整个市场的开发形成一个有力的保证。并且用户在设计机械零件时我公司可为其提供选材及加工工序意见！协助用户制作工序的完成！
    我公司第一期工程的最大优点在于可以对长×宽×高在7.5×1.6×1.4m、5.0×2.5×1.7m范围内的较大工件进行热处理加工！特别适合冶金、矿山、化工、港口、大型塑机等机械零件的热处理。另外我公司的2.5×1.0×0.8m炉属于高温淬火炉，最高温度可升至1200度。可以对17-4PH等不锈钢材料进行调质、固溶、时效等处理。

The greatest advantage of our first phase of the project is we can supply heat treatment for the large workpiece within the scope of 7.5 × 1.6 × 1.4m, 5.0 × 2.5 × 1.7m, especially suitable for metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, port, large presses and other mechanical parts of heat treatment. Besides, our 2.5 × 1.0 × 0.8m high temperature furnace is hardening furnace, the maximum temperature can reach 1,200 degrees, it can supply quenched and tempered, solid solution, aging and other processing for 17-4PH and other stainless steel materials .
